Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Although we sells intangible and irrevocable goods, we understand the risk and want to make refunds easier than ever before. We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to the character of the product we supply. If something isn’t right and you change your mind, we are happy to abide by refund requests.
Non- Delivery of the Product:
Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server, you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case we recommend contacting our Live Chat feature for assistance. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Suppport department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failire to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 30 days, may result in a refund decline.
Although all the products are tested before release by Our team , unexpected errors can always occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full or at customer choice, a complete replacement of the product or the same. Please be advised that temporary remote access to your machine can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with the product. Failure to provide any such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
